The 6th PropertyGuru Myanmar Property Awards, in partnership with Shwe Property, will recognise the achievements of the nation’s industry-leading and up-and-coming property development companies in a virtual gala event and awards presentation, simulcast via asiapropertyawards.com/newsroom, as well as the official YouTube and Facebook channels.

This history-making virtual edition of the PropertyGuru Myanmar Property Awards, in partnership with Shwe Property, will bring nominated developers and projects in front of a global viewership that includes –– for the first time –– real estate consumers and agents. Viewers from anywhere in world will have full, “front-row” access to the most prestigious real estate awards programme in Myanmar.

With the collective platforms of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Shwe Property, the virtual celebrations will extend the market reach of shortlisted companies and developments via multimedia channels.

Jules Kay, managing director of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said: “The partnership between Southeast Asia’s largest property technology company and Myanmar’s most recognized property portal has allowed us to shift the awards to a virtual format this year. The PropertyGuru Myanmar Property Awards, in partnership with Shwe Property, will be a truly inclusive event that awards marks of excellence to the nation’s most outstanding developers on a truly international platform, connecting Myanmar’s real estate brands with their peers, property seekers, consumers, and real estate agents across multiple countries.”

Viewers of this virtual gala event can interact with one another through an exclusive live messaging section on the official website of the Asia Property Awards, amplifying engagement and networking opportunities between developers, investors, property seekers, and real estate agents.

Prior to the awards presentation, the ‘Virtual Red Carpet’ will showcase exclusive interview clips with event sponsors and members of the independent judging panel, in addition to many other engaging videos and stylish photos shown throughout the 90-minute programme.

With health and safety front-of-mind, the filming of the virtual gala and interviews will be conducted in a closed set, with award winners accepting their trophies and citations in remotely recorded speeches.
